Following serving as Deputy General Counsel for the Oklahoma State Department of Education, Shannon has returned to private practice, providing high quality litigation services for complex matters. As a Harvard Debate Council trained debate coach holding a Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Development, she enjoys combining legal analysis of complex issues, strategic thinking, and technical insight for the benefit of clients in today's increasingly dynamic environment.
